At Albion Health Care Alliance, Vicki helps people connect to resources and services that will help them maintain their health. Meet Josh Miller

For the last 6 years, Josh Miller has been working as a Nutrition Facilitator on the Saginaw Intermediate School District’s Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds team. He became a Farmers Market Food Navigator because it gives him the opportunity to connect with his community. When Josh isn’t working, he loves both watching and coaching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Meet Judi Marlin

Judi is the Nutritionist for the Health Department of Northwest Michigan. She works with the WIC and Maternal Infant Health programs as well as Community Nutrition Education through various grant projects including Healthier Foodservices, cooking classes with food pantry clients and community requests for nutrition education. Her favorite topic and hobby sharing information about healthy, fresh food all day, every day.

Meet Cassandra Van Dam

Cassandra is passionate about connecting people to healthy food. After graduating from the University of Michigan, she spent two years in Detroit Public Schools as a FoodCorps AmeriCorps Service Member where she taught nutrition education on a school farm and led youth farm stands. Next, Cassandra completed the Michigan Farmers Market Association’s Market Manager training and through that work, she was chosen as a Market Manager for two Detroit Community Farmers Markets. She is excited to combine her experiences with nutrition education and farmers market management as the new Farmers Market Food Navigator.
